MOTICHELLI
«Sambuka» – a combination of medicinal herbs and fragrant star-anise. Even when the Saracens were using it to treat their sick during times of Ancient Rome, the city it hailed from bore the mysterious name of Civitavecchia, translating to Ancient Town.
When you pour a glass of our «Sambuca», all you must do is whisper «Civitavecchia» and savour a unique flavour, refined by the passing centuries.
CONTENTS:
Sugar, “Lux» alcohol, water; natural extracts: anise, lemon zest; alcoholic anise tincture, citric acid, «Anise» natural flavour.
COCKTAIL
«MOTICHELLI ITALIANO»:
30 mL – «Motichelli Sambuca»
20 mL – Absinthe
20 mL – Dry gin
15 mL – Lemon juice
15 mL – Sugar cane syrup
150 mL – Sprite
PREPARATION:
Fill a Hurricane Glass with ice before adding all the components. Mix and garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
