Everyone has heard of the Pina Colada. This cocktail has appeared in songs, movies and books. Considered the national drink of Puerto Rico, the Pina Colada has once been reserved only for celebrities. Soon enough, however, it’s been made famous across the whole world. Letting the sweetness of coconut milk soften the sharpness of the rum and pineapple juice creates a tender and irresistible Sweet and Sour flavour!

COCKTAIL
«PINA COLADA RIO»:
120 mL –«Laguna Rio®» Pina Colada Liqueur
30 mL – Pineapple juice
Ice, pineapple slice, cherry
PREPARATION:
Fill blender with ice and reduce to tiny pieces before adding the liqueur and juice. You want to achieve a thick, homogenous mixture that you can pour into a glass and garnish with the slice of pineapple and cherry.
